Milena and i stayed up waaaaaaay too late last night--as in, 5 a.m. or so. i slept in this morning, had a quick sandwich for lunch, and then Tara and i went to Jungle Jim's. i was able to do most of my grocery shopping there and almost everything was less than it was at Kroger! i even got fresh, bulk snow peas! The only thing i couldn't get there was chicken...i didn't really like what they had and i thought it to be a bit overpriced, so i stopped at Kroger before coming home and got the chicken there. Sadly, Jungle Jim's was out of my beloved Banana Pocky. But the International Market feller said he should have more in in about a week or so. i definitely prefer going on a weekday versus a weekend day. Lorazepam was much needed. Had a nice time though, got lots of great stuff, and am looking forward to (probably) going back next week.

We have bats. Outside on the property. Several, i think. i <3 them.

i think i'm going to go do a Su Doku puzzle before i start dinner. i'm making chili tonight. Unless we decide to get carryout. It's still up in the air.
