Must get to bed soon

Why do babies like to poop while they are sitting in high chair?

Well I got back on the wagon full-tilt today.

I actually *wrote down* everything I ate, tracked the points, drank
all the water, etc.

I stayed within my points. During Matthew's TKD lesson, Avery and I
took a walk. We walked for about 20 or 30 minutes. Since he was
with me, my pace wasn't very quick, so I didn't count that as my
workout for today. I'll just look at it as bonus movement! Rather
than sitting on my fat butt the whole time worrying about what Avery
was getting into, we went for a nice walk. During our walk, I
pointed out all kinds of things to him, and he pointed out some
things to me, such as every time he saw a truck, he would
yell "truck!" I taught him 3 new words, too: fence, rocks, and
block. He is learning grass, green, and blue.

So after dinner (Manwich made with 93% lean ground beef and Fiesta
Corn, and water) we went to the grocery store and I got all kinds of
good stuff! And even stayed under budget. Woo hoo! When we got
home, I did about 20 minutes of Disco Sweat video and 12 crunches.
It will take me a while to work up to longer time and more
crunches. I do great with brisk walking, and kundalini yoga, but
the more cardio-intensive workout I will need to gradually build up.

Just now for a late night snack, I had some Edy's Fat Free No Sugar
Added Chocolate and Vanilla Swirl ice cream. It is 1 point on WW
for 1/2 cup. Not bad!

I have a hideous headache. I have had it pretty much all day (meaning from about 9 a.m. on Monday and now at 3 a.m. on Tuesday I am still miserable) ugggggg

Mr. Matt asked if Matthew would be testing for yellow belt on Saturday. I do not think he is ready yet, so I told him we would wait until next month. Matthew is not happy about that, be he is honestly just not ready. He has only completed 10 or 11 classes since he started the regular class (after completing the 6-week introductory/TKD bootcamp type class)

Gratitude List:
1. nice walk with Avery today
2. did my workout this evening
3. stayed within my points today
4. John's helpfulness
5. a nice conversation with Sandy today
